After paying essentials, can you afford all your minimum debt repayments every month?
How many credit agreements do you have (loans, store cards, credit cards, car, overdraft)?
Are you behind (in arrears) on any account?
Are you willing to take no new credit (no new loans, no store cards) until your debt review is complete, which can take several years?
If your payments were reduced and spread out, could you pay one reduced monthly amount reliably?
